Order Placement

You may place a retail order using our shopping cart. We will process your order within 2 working days. We have a returns policy if you feel that you are not completely satisfied with the product. Please refer to returns policy below.

If we are not able to fulfill any of your order for any reason we will refund your payment using your original payment method and notify by email immediately.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, bank transfer and cheque for Singapore Buyers.

We accept payment by all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Uncrossed UK Postal Order for International Buyers.
Payment in your preferred currency may be chosen upon checkout with the shopping cart.

Your card details are protected by our secure payment system through Paypal. We do not have access to any card details. We do not advise that you provide us with any card details for manual processing.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Details

We do worldwide delivery. We will dispatch all items within 2 working days following payment clearance.

Singapore Delivery will deliver by next working day via Singapore Post courier service.
Worldwide Delivery will be delivered via Singapore Post airmail service.

It takes approximately 4-14* working days, depending on the country of delivery as follow:
Australia & Asia: 4-8 working days
UK & Europe: 4-10 working days
USA, Canada, Rest of World: 6-14 working days

*Note: Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
We are both bound by the carriers' policies. We will follow up any claims we can pursue and may need your cooperation should such a claim against a carrier arise.

Urgent Items

Buyers may request courier services for urgent deliveries. To check rates for EMS, DHL or Fedex courier services, please contact customer care with details of delivery.

Order Amendment

This will depend on the status of your order.

If your order status is 'Awaiting Dispatch' then it may be possible to amend it.

If your order status is 'Shipped', no order amendments are possible. You will need to return the order to us. See Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund of the purchase price (i.e. exclude postage) on receipt, or exchange item for a different color if preferred. Please contact customer care for instructions before returning item to us.

Faulty Item / Wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order details and the reason for return. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you a replacement or in circumstances when the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to contact our customer care and arrange to return it to us.

Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please return the item to the address found at the back of your package and address it to ‘Closet Affair Returns’.

Privacy Policy

Closet-Affair is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you - e.g. Arranging for a product to be sent to you.

Your Consent

We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address or personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from our store and advised us of your e-mail address & post, we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail or post.

Opting out of Communication

All customers have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to receive marketing (emails, postal) from us we recommend you opt-out by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email.
