Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer, all major credits cards and paypal. We will advise payment method accordingly.
Payment in cash is accepted for orders in Singapore only.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Details
We do worldwide delivery. Delivery to most countries takes less than 14 working days if there are ready stocks.
If production is required, delivery takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
We will recommend the most economical method of shipment. If you have other preferences, please feel free to let us know and arrangements can be made.
Deposit
Applicable for new production or custom made orders. Before production starts, a deposit of 50% order value is required. The balance payment has to be made prior to shipment. Deposit placed is non refundable.
Our Exchange and Refund Policy
We will check the order prior to shipment. In the
event of defective merchandise, we offer to replace the items.
